Specific Challenges:
Working within an operational custodial prison environment with inherent security and operational procedural protocols
Coordinated programming and access for those parts of the Works which directly interface with the working facility
Ensuring construction works did not affect the running of the facility
Noise & dust pollution control
Specialist glazing requirements for ballistic control
Monitoring communication and programming with all stakeholders
