Summerland

Work has commenced on the Summerland site with the demolition of 3 buildings to make way for 74 new homes (7 houses and 67 flats) for Andium.

The clearing of the existing buildings is due to be completed in April 2018 with construction of Le Clos Couriard (named in memory of Mitch Couriard MBE) due to commence next May.
