Silver Springs - Residential Care Home

The construction of 26 additional bedrooms with en suite bathroom facilities. The building is traditional construction compromising of cavity block work wall, reinforced concrete slabs and a trussed roof. A sensory garden will also be constructed as part of the external works package.
