Trinity Retirement Homes

The construction of 14 new single storey dwellings specifically for the over 55′s in the Parish of Trinity.
Construction comprised of a traditional reinforced concrete strip foundation and edge bearing slab structure. Pitched roofs were covered with a blue block Spanish slate roof coverings.
The superstructure is timber frame with an external blockwork skin and traditional sand / cement render.
